Justin Liggett's roots on the Gulf Coast run four decades deep. His family has owned property along this coast — from Longboat Key to Boca Grande and everywhere in between — for more than forty years, so he knows these communities as a resident, not just an agent.
Born and raised in Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University, Justin built his practice around a clear conviction: buyers and sellers deserve a hardworking, genuinely ethical advisor. He keeps his client roster intentionally focused — not to do less, but to give each client more of his time, sharper strategy, and complete discretion from the first conversation through closing and well beyond.

Away from work, my wife Nicole and I love discovering new restaurants and traveling abroad, and I stay active with golf, tennis, and pickleball. I also love to cook and have a real interest in investing.”
